– What I want to accomplish in 2021 –
I am a person who ACTUALLY makes resolutions every year and REALLY TRIES to stick to them.
I write them in a notebook where I can reflect on them every so often. New Year resolutions can be super personal, but sharing mine with you, is a way to encourage you to reflect on your past year and make plans for the next.
I think you have to be practical with your resolutions in order to make your goals apart of your routine. One of mine from last year was to tell people I love them more. Silly maybe, but I wanted people to know I care and appreciated them. The more I said it, it just became apart of my routine. So my biggest tip is to make resolutions that are attainable.

Be environmentally friendly/use to-go cups
Most of these are a repeat of last year, but I want to continue to remind myself these goals make sense and are attainable to my lifestyle.
One of the resolutions I added was, “be environmentally friendly/use to-go cups.” I never really thought about being environmentally friendly. HORRIBLE, I know.. Once I moved down to Alabama, I noticed they didn’t recycle. Which I find BIZARRE. So I made it a mission to use to-go cups for coffee, water, tea, anything that I could bottle up in a to-go cup.
To go water cups are everywhere and they’re amazing. Most of the time, they keep your drink cold and icy all day. BUT, it’s so much harder to find a to-go coffee and tea mug, that keeps your drink hot and has a lid and handle. Look no further, NAYAD has the best to-go mugs, I got the Metro Mug. They’re so cute and come in so many colors. They’re environmentally friendly and keep my drink warm for hours. All the tumblers are stainless steal.
